The story behind NorthCove

NorthCove Coaching & Consulting was founded by an HR professional with over 15 years of experience at the heart of some of Ireland's most demanding environments — investment banks and large-scale property organisations, leading and developing teams of 100+ people.

Working in these environments, we've seen first-hand what happens when leadership is strong, when people feel genuinely supported, and when organisations truly invest in their people. And I've seen the opposite — the burnout, the disengagement, the talented people who quietly slip away because no-one helped them see what was possible.

NorthCove was founded to work directly with the people and businesses who are ready to do things differently.

Why NorthCove?

We live by the sea on the north coast of Dublin, and the name means something to us. A cove is a place of shelter — calm within the wider world. Somewhere you can catch your breath, get clear, and set off again with direction. That's exactly what I try to create for every person I work with.

What I bring to the work

NorthCove is led by a qualified Career Coach, qualified Trainer, and holder of a qualification in Work and Organisational Psychology. Maternity coaching is also a core specialism — rooted in the genuine lived experience of navigating the return to work as a working parent. That personal understanding underpins every conversation with clients on the same journey.
